International Trade Brokerage

The bridge between buyers and the right suppliers.

Antisya Global brokers cross-border trade deals across textile, medical, energy, construction, furniture and petroleum — matching qualified buyers with verified suppliers, then structuring the deal so both sides win.

We don’t just introduce parties and step aside. We negotiate terms, draft contracts, coordinate payment instruments, monitor delivery, and earn a transparent commission only when the trade closes successfully.

What we broker

Trade brokerage across the full deal lifecycle

From the first introduction to final delivery — we handle the moving parts that turn an opportunity into a closed transaction.

Buyer-Supplier Matching

We match qualified demand with the right verified supplier — based on category, geography, capacity and compliance fit.

Deal Structuring

Pricing, MOQ, Incoterms and milestone schedules negotiated to land both sides at terms they can defend internally.

Contract & LC Management

Sales contracts, sales agreements, NDAs, letter-of-credit coordination and documentary collection support — reviewed by our trade lawyers.

Cross-Border Facilitation

Customs paperwork, certificate of origin, sanction screening and country-specific clearance handled in coordination with our partners.

Long-Term Partnership Setup

For repeat trade flows we set up framework agreements, capacity reservations and committed pricing — so the brokered deal becomes durable.

Dispute & Risk Mitigation

If something goes wrong, we mediate, negotiate corrective action, and escalate to insurance or legal counsel only when needed.

How brokerage works

Three parties, one accountable bridge

You don’t deal with a faceless marketplace. There’s a named broker on every trade who is accountable to both sides — and only gets paid when the transaction completes.

Why broker through Antisya

A broker that is actually on your side

Most brokers maximize their commission. We’ve built the practice to align with the long-term interests of both parties — because that’s where repeat business comes from.

01

Success-based fee

You only pay when the deal closes and goods are delivered — not for “introductions” that go nowhere.

02

Pre-verified network

Both buyers and suppliers in our network pass KYB before we broker any transaction. No guessing, no last-minute surprises.

03

Transparent pricing

Commission rates are written into the brokerage agreement before work begins. Both sides see the structure up front.

04

Trade legal & LC support

In-house trade lawyers and LC specialists review contracts, payment instruments and dispute clauses before signing.

05

Multi-language coverage

Brokers fluent in English, Turkish, German, Arabic and more — reducing miscommunication that kills deals.

06

Long-term thinking

We aim to convert one-shot brokered trades into framework agreements — better for buyer, supplier, and us.

Frequently asked

Brokerage, answered

The questions buyers and suppliers ask us most before starting a brokered transaction.

We broker B2B cross-border trade transactions across textile, medical, solar energy, construction, furniture and petroleum sectors — matching qualified buyers with verified suppliers and managing the deal end to end.
Commission is success-based and agreed upfront in writing. Typical structures are a percentage of trade value (1–5% depending on category and complexity), a flat fee per deal, or a hybrid — written into the brokerage agreement before work begins.
It depends on the deal. In most flows the supplier pays since the broker brings the buyer; in some sectors buyers pay for sourcing services. Hybrid splits are also common. We agree the structure before starting.
Yes. We draft and review the sales contract, coordinate the letter of credit (LC), or alternative instrument such as documentary collection or escrow, and our in-house trade legal team checks dispute and force-majeure clauses.
Yes. Every party in our network passes KYB (Know Your Business): trade license, tax certificate, references and sanction screening. We do not broker between unverified parties.
We mediate first. If goods are delayed, defective or rejected, we work both sides to a corrective action plan. For unresolved disputes we coordinate with insurance, customs and legal counsel — but most issues get resolved at the broker level.
Yes — this is in fact our preferred model. After a successful first transaction, we set up framework agreements with committed pricing, capacity reservations and rolling delivery schedules.
Textile, medical, solar & energy, construction, furniture, petroleum, logistics, hospitality and consumer goods. Geographically we cover EU, MENA, sub-Saharan Africa, South & SE Asia and the Americas.
