How It Works

The Antisya Network · Explained

How global trade actually gets done — without the chaos.

Antisya Global is a curated trade network where every buyer and every supplier is verified before they meet. We don’t just list parties — we match them, structure the deal, monitor execution, and only get paid when the trade closes successfully.

Below is the full picture: who joins, how we verify, how we match, and what happens between “handshake” and “goods delivered.”

Two ways to use the network

Pick your path: Buyer or Supplier

Whichever side you’re on, you start with a short application and end with closed transactions. The flow is mirrored — we just ask different questions.

For Buyers

You need to source something, fast.

Hospitals stocking PPE, retailers building seasonal collections, EPC contractors closing utility-scale deals — if you’re buying, here’s your path.

  • Submit a short application or RFQ — no payment to start
  • Get matched with 2–4 verified suppliers within 1–5 days
  • Compare apples-to-apples quotations, certifications and lead times
  • Sign one contract; we handle production monitoring and QC
  • Receive goods with full export documentation and AQL report
Apply as a Buyer
For Suppliers / Brokers

You have capacity or a network to monetize.

Manufacturers, distributors, brokers and trading partners — we route qualified buyer demand to the right capable supplier in our network.

  • Submit your KYB application with trade docs (5–7 minutes)
  • Onboard within 3–5 business days after document review
  • Receive matched buyer requests in your category & region
  • Quote, negotiate and contract directly — we structure the deal
  • Get paid through transparent escrow / LC settlement on delivery
Apply as a Supplier
The 6 stages, end to end

From application to settled trade

Both buyer and supplier journeys converge into the same disciplined six-stage flow — designed for transparency on both sides.

Stage 01

Apply

Either side fills a short application: organization details, sectors of interest and intent. Buyers can also drop a direct RFQ.

01
02
Stage 02

Verify (KYB)

Trade license, tax certificate, sanction screening and references. Suppliers go through a deeper KYB; buyers a lighter KYC. No party joins the network unverified.

Stage 03

Match

Our partnership team matches by category, geography, capacity, certifications and commercial terms. Typical first match within 1–5 business days.

03
04
Stage 04

Negotiate

Pricing, MOQ, Incoterms, payment instrument (LC, TT, escrow) and delivery milestones agreed in writing. Our trade legal team reviews the contract before signature.

Stage 05

Execute

Production monitoring, sample approvals, in-line QC, AQL 2.5 final inspection and container loading supervision — with reports shared at every milestone.

05
06
Stage 06

Close

Goods delivered, payment released against documents, brokerage commission settled. Both sides leave a structured review — the relationship file builds over time.

What we run in the background

The operational layers you don’t see

Behind the simple six-step flow are six operational systems that keep the network safe, fast and accurate.

KYB & Sanction Engine

Every applicant passes structured KYB checks, ownership lookup and OFAC / EU sanction screening before joining.

Matching System

Our partnership team uses internal scoring across category, capacity, certifications and historical performance to match.

Contract Library

Battle-tested sales contracts and brokerage agreements localized for major jurisdictions, reviewed by our trade lawyers.

Payment Coordination

Letter of Credit drafting, documentary collection, escrow setup and milestone-based release — we don’t custody funds, banks do.

QC & Audit Network

Local QC inspectors and audit partners across Türkiye, Germany, China, Vietnam, India and beyond.

Logistics Partners

Pre-negotiated freight, customs clearance and insurance with global forwarding partners — both ocean and oversize.

Built-in safeguards

Trust isn’t a slogan — it’s an operating model

Eight specific safeguards that protect both sides from the failure modes that kill cross-border trade.

KYB on every party

No unverified accounts in the network. Period.

Anti-bribery commitment

UK Bribery Act & FCPA aligned commitments at onboarding.

Trade-grade contracts

Lawyer-reviewed agreements localized to your jurisdiction.

LC / Escrow support

Bank-coordinated payment flows — we never custody funds.

Independent QC

QC reports go to the buyer first, not to the supplier.

Mediation first

Disputes resolved through mediation before legal escalation.

Confidentiality by default

RFQ specs and supplier prices never shared cross-network.

Performance scoring

Both sides build a score — bad actors are off-boarded.

Frequently asked

How it works, answered

The questions buyers and suppliers ask us most about the network itself.

No. Application and onboarding are free for both buyers and suppliers. We earn through a transparent, success-based commission on closed transactions — agreed upfront in the brokerage agreement, never after the fact.
Buyer KYC: typically within 1 business day after we receive a complete application. Supplier KYB: 3–5 business days because of the deeper document review (trade license, tax certificate, references, sanction screening).
Both. We use internal scoring (category, capacity, certifications, performance history) to shortlist candidates, then a human partnership manager makes the final pairing recommendation. No fully automated “marketplace” introductions.
A bank does, not us. We coordinate Letter of Credit, documentary collection or third-party escrow with the buyer’s and supplier’s banks. Antisya Global never custodies funds — only structures and monitors the flow.
First, mediation. We work both sides toward a corrective action: replacement, credit note, partial refund or rework, depending on what the QC report and contract say. Legal escalation is a last resort — in our network it has been needed in fewer than 1% of closed deals.
Within the agreed exclusivity period (typically 12–24 months from match), we remain the trade interface. After that, you can work directly. We also offer a fixed handover fee for buyers who want to transition to a direct relationship sooner.
Yes. We coordinate sea, air and truck freight, oversize / heavy cargo, customs clearance and country-specific documentation through pre-negotiated forwarding partners. Cargo insurance is available on request.
Buyer RFQ specs and supplier price sheets are never shared cross-network. Information is need-to-know — only the matched counterparty and our handling broker see deal-level data. NDAs are part of the standard onboarding.
